Music Ministry
Our adult choir consists of people from age 16 and up. They rehearse every Wednesday night at 8:00 pm for our Sunday morning service. The choir sings a blend of music, from gospel to contemporary for our services on Sunday morning and Sunday night. Rehearsals for our special presentations in the spring and at Christmas are on Sunday nights at 7:00 pm.
We have a community group of Senior Citizens who meet on Tuesday at 12:30 pm in the choir room, to rehearse songs that we present at local churches and nursing homes in the spring and at Christmas. We take a break during July and August and resume our practices after Labor Day to prepare for the holiday season.
Prayer Partners
Meets every Sunday Morning at 9am to collectively Pray for the Lost, Illness, our Nation.
Children’s Ministry
Our Junior Saints Children’s Choir is for Kindergarten through 5th grade. They rehearse on Sunday nights at 6:15 pm in the choir room, and present a Musical in the spring and at Christmas. We have a Pee Wee Praise Team that meets on Sunday nights at 6 pm.

Approved Workers Are Not Ashamed Meets Wednesday nights during school year 6:30pm-8pm.
Youth Ministry
We love our youth! We have a very active and vibrant youth ministry at Boger City Baptist Church. We offer them sound and Biblical teaching, a God-centered atmosphere and a lot of fun. Middle and High School students are what we consider youth. They meet on Sunday mornings for Sunday school and Sunday nights.
In addition to our weekly schedule, we have an array of summer activities. Youth week at Fort Caswell on Oak Island, NC, which is always a highlight of the summer. There, the youth enjoy the opportunity to strengthen and renew their walk with the Lord Jesus through worship, bible study and Christian fellowship. We also offer a work-focused mission trip each summer which gives the youth opportunity for “hands on “ mission work and evangelism.
